If you forget your password, use the Forgot Password option to get a reset password link sent to you. If this link does not work, this is often due to multiple reset emails being requested.
Here are a few tips:
- Only request a reset password link once.
- The email may take a few minutes to get to you.
- If you ask multiple times, make sure you are using the most recent reset password link.
- Be patient, it is a computer program, not a miracle worker. Please give the system time to reset.
- Try cutting and pasting the link into a private or incognito browser.
- Clear your cache, then try the link again.
Invalid Verification Data Provided, cannot continue
This notification happens when more than one Forgot Password link is requested multiple times within a short period of time. If you get this message, be sure to shut down any PURE YogaTV tabs/windows open. Wait a few minutes, then request a new link. The email with the link may take several minutes to get to you. Please wait before requesting a new link.
